Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' mental health through interviews and standardized tests.
  • Formulate intervention plans based on individual assessment outcomes.
  • Deliver therapeutic services including psychotherapy and counseling.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
  • Document all assessments and treatments accurately.
  • Provide immediate support during client crises.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health topics.
  • Engage in lifelong learning and professional ethics training.
  • Conduct research to improve therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to policy development within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Doctorate in Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
