Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Interviewer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with individuals in the field, collecting essential data for our diverse research projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the community while contributing to impactful research.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out interviews with participants using established protocols.
  • Ensure the quality of data collected by following survey guidelines.
  • Travel to various locations as needed, with a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Work closely with the Field Manager to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interviews conducted.
  • Assist with developing strategies to improve participant recruitment and engagement.
  • Contribute to the design of future surveys based on field experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Research and Data Analysis teams for data integrity.
  • Flexibly respond to changing circumstances while in the field.
  • Provide insights to improve the team's overall effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced qualification in social science or market research is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in field research or a related area
