Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Telecommunications or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in tower operations or system maintenance

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems understanding
• Basic programming knowledge (C++, Python)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
