Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning and conditioning tasks to ensure hats are customer-ready.
• Work closely with the Hat Stylist to create appealing displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report needs for replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on preferences.
• Assist in the development of new hat care procedures.
• Engage in workshops to enhance hat care techniques.
• Foster a positive environment within the Hat Care team.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but a certificate in fashion or millinery is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in hat conditioning or a related role is preferred.
