We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Hobart. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in patient care, medication management, and providing information about pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and a passion for helping the community.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Communicate with patients regarding medication queries and side effects.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians.
• Evaluate medication therapy outcomes and document findings.
• Support initiatives aimed at medication adherence and patient education.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers to foster patient trust.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment

Certifications

• Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
