We are on the lookout for multiple Tool Gear Cutting Machine Set-Up Operators who will play a vital role in producing precision gears using advanced gear cutting machines. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure gear cutting machines for operation, ensuring setup aligns with specifications.
• Interpret technical documentation and drawings accurately.
• Adjust settings during operation to maintain optimal cutting precision.
• Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Capture data for production and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies and improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
• Valid Forklift license (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
