Job Description

As the Quality Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet exceptional standards. Your focus will be on coordinating quality audits, analyzing metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain quality assurance protocols in line with ISO standards.
  • Perform audits and assess the effectiveness of quality control measures.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments for quality improvement efforts.
  • Utilize statistical tools to evaluate quality data and identify patterns.
  • Drive the implementation of corrective actions to address non-conformances.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in quality management.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for quality management systems.
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications in Quality Management (e.g. CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in manufacturing.
