Job Description

The Bill Adjuster is responsible for reviewing and adjusting customer billing statements, resolving any billing disputes promptly while maintaining high levels of accuracy. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with finance and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on billing adjustments and resolutions.
  • Provide support to other billing team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance system efficiencies in billing processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in billing or accounting roles
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
