Shoe Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Shoe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate machinery to staple shanks to footwear, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety guidelines. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate machinery for shank stapling on footwear.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, experience in manufacturing or similar environments is preferred.
