Job Description

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of facility operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure that all facilities are well maintained and meet business needs.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on facility operations and performance.
  • Implement improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency.
  • Conduct staff training and development programs.
  • Implement safety protocols and facilitate emergency preparedness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in property management or relevant field are a plus

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
