Job Description

A pocket machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining pocket machines to produce high-quality pockets for garments. The operator ensures that the pockets are produced according to the specifications and standards set by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Run and oversee pocket machines to ensure high-quality production.
  • Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on produced pockets.
  • Collaborate closely with other production team members.
  • Complete necessary documentation and production logs.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Assist in training new operators when required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience operating pocket machines in a textile or garment manufacturing setting
Technical Skills
