Job Description

As a Hotel Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated cleaning staff to uphold the exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards of our hotel. Your keen eye for detail and leadership skills will ensure that every room and common area meets our guests' expectations for quality and comfort. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, conduct inspections, manage supply orders, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cleaning operations, ensuring all guest areas are pristine.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills and techniques.
  • Inspect rooms and areas post-cleaning to verify quality standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance on repairs or issues within cleaning scope.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to cleaning services.
  • Support a team-oriented atmosphere, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain compliance with local health regulations and hotel policies.
