Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Reservationist to join our hospitality team at ABC Hotel. In this role, you will manage booking requests, liaise with guests, and ensure a delightful reservation experience to uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reservation inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Input and update reservation details in the hotel management system.
  • Confirm and explain bookings to guests, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Keep abreast of hotel promotions and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Interface with housekeeping and front desk for a coordinated service.
  • Handle cancellations and modifications with keen attention to detail.
  • Capture feedback from guests to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all reservation activities.
  • Engage in continuous learning about hospitality best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset.
Experience
  • Experience in hotel management or customer service.
