Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to define their needs and preferences.
• Deliver food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Refresh and refill customer drinks as required.
• Conduct end-of-shift cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Engage with customers to create a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure that all safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to at all times.
• Handle special requests and adjustments to orders with accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in hospitality or food services (desirable)

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality or food services is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
