Job Description

We are seeking Food Cooking Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating cooking machines to prepare potato chips that meet our high standards for quality and taste.

Responsibilities

• Operate cooking machines following established recipes and procedures.
• Monitor cooking times and adjust settings as necessary for quality.
• Ensure that frying equipment is cleaned and maintained according to standards.
• Prepare and pre-treat batches of potatoes for frying.
• Monitor temperature and humidity in the cooking area.
• Assist in packaging and labelling finished products.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Experience

• Preferred experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
