As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a superb experience in our locker rooms and dressing facilities. You will maintain cleanliness, provide exceptional customer service, and assist guests with their needs.
Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional service levels in the locker and coatroom areas.
Serve as the first point of contact for members upon entering the facilities.
Assist in daily administrative tasks related to attendance and usage.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Coordinate with security to maintain safety and security protocols.
Create a rapport with guests to enhance their club experience.
Track and report on guest feedback to management for service improvement.
