As a Host or Hostess at Local Café and Lounge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and take reservations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor guest feedback and report to management.
• Prepare for service by stocking necessary supplies.
• Assist guests with food and beverage inquiries.
• Engage guests and provide a memorable experience.

Requirements

Education

• Food handling certification (preferred)

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role at a restaurant or café

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specialty teas: Knowledge of different types of teas and brewing methods.
