Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Hospitality Manager to oversee all hotel operations. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day functions of our hotel, from guest services to staff training and development. • Engage in local marketing efforts to drive hotel visibility.
• Ensure property cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Lead performance reviews and staff development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
