Job Description

As a Heating and Blending Supervisor, you will oversee the entire heating and blending process, ensuring that materials meet strict quality and safety standards. Your leadership will ensure that our production team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operators to ensure effective heating and blending procedures.
  • Train new staff members on safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements for better productivity.
  • Document all production processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals and performance metrics.
  • Respond promptly to any production issues that arise during operations.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency in production.
  • Work with quality control teams to address any product discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and production output.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate or diploma in food technology, engineering, or related field
  • Additional qualifications in management are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
