Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to oversee and enhance scheduling and production efficiency in our bakery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning within the food industry, particularly in bakery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate raw material delivery.
• Evaluate production processes and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency and outcomes.
• Train staff on new production technologies and procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation of production performance metrics.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers for raw materials.
• Ensure the bakery meets all regulatory requirements.
• Handle unforeseen production challenges effectively.
• Document all changes and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in baking or food production
