Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs. The ideal candidate will help manage various events, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete event lifecycle, from planning to execution and review.
Create and manage detailed event budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Coordinate travel and accommodation for event guests and speakers, as required.
Assist in the development of event themes and visions to enhance guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Lead event briefings and debriefings with clients and team members.
Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners to support event success.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role
