Job Description

The Certified Travel Counselor will provide expert advice and guidance to clients looking to plan and book their travel arrangements, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Travel or equivalent
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Experience
  • Proven sales track record and experience with international travel and visas
Technical Skills
  • CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Group travel coordination

Certifications
  • Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
