Job Description

As an Event Planner at Premier Events Co., you will lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of events. From corporate functions to memorable weddings, you will collaborate with clients to bring their visions to life. Your attention to detail and creativity will ensure that every event is a resounding success.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and oversee all logistical aspects of events, from conception to execution.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure best pricing.
  • Manage event marketing and promotion, including social media efforts.
  • Assist in post-event wrap-up and ensure follow-up with clients.
  • Monitor event budgets closely, ensuring financial projections are met.
  • Collaborate with designers and technical teams to enhance event experiences.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior planning staff and interns.
  • Evaluate venue and supplier performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or equivalent in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
