As a Seed Yeast Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality seed yeast for our brewing processes. Your attention to detail and meticulous nature will ensure the consistency and quality standards we uphold in our products.
Responsibilities
Control and adjust fermentation parameters to optimize production.
Conduct quality checks on finished seed yeast products.
Keep accurate records of production data and inventory levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Assist with training new team members as required.
Implement improvements in production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Education
Qualifications in food technology or brewing are beneficial
Experience
Experience with yeast production preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
