Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Event Planner to join our team in Gladstone. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of event management, from initial planning through to the execution of fantastic events. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every event is a success and meets the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions with clients to develop unique event concepts.
• Analyze event feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes for clients and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and vendor resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Event Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale events

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
