Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Hotel Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, assisting with inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their stay with us.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel at home.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming concierge area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance for seamless service.
  • Manage reservations for restaurants and local events.
  • Offer insights about local culture and points of interest.
  • Ensure all guest transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in hospitality or tourism is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Languages
