Job Description

As the Freezer Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our cold storage facility, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role is vital in maintaining product quality and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of inventory levels and oversee order fulfilment.
• Train and supervise cold storage staff, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of storage facilities to maintain safety standards.
• Monitor and report on product quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in developing and reviewing operational safety policies.
• Engage with suppliers and partners for inventory-related discussions.
• Utilize inventory management software for tracking.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the cold storage processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in cold storage or related management roles.
