Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the camp facilities.
• Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the campsite for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage schedules for camp staff and ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in hospitality or tourism, with remote site experience preferred.
