Job Description

The Visitor Services Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring visitors have an exceptional experience at our attraction. You will greet guests, provide information, and assist with ticket sales and merchandise. A commitment to customer service excellence and attention to detail will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff.
  • Actively assist guests with queries regarding local attractions and amenities.
  • Manage the ticketing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Engage with guests to resolve any issues or feedback they may have.
  • Support event coordination as required to enhance guest experience.
  • Facilitate the safe navigation of visitors throughout the venue.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of attractions, facilities, and local events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless visitor experiences.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Experience
  • Experience in a retail or sales environment preferred.
