We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Circus Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and promoting our circus shows, booking performers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of the performances.
Responsibilities
Directly liaise with performers to manage their needs and expectations.
Work with the marketing team to devise compelling promotional strategies.
Regularly update performance calendars and keep all stakeholders informed.
Provide administrative support in contract renewals and compliance.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the circus experience.
Coordinate marketing outreach events to enhance visibility.
Manage event timelines to ensure all logistics are squared away.
Prepare reports on show performance metrics and client feedback.
Explore potential partnerships with other entertainment entities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Relevant certifications in event planning or project management preferred
Experience
4+ years of experience in event management, entertainment or performing arts.
Technical Skills
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
