Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory checks, manage ordering, and oversee deliveries.
  • Engage with customers, handling any issues or requests promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus.
  • Manage budgeting and cost control for the food service operations.
  • Develop staff training programs to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on food service performance for upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

  • 3+ years in food service management or related role
