Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff schedules to optimize service and labour costs.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, including food and beverage costs.
  • Evaluate restaurant performance and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Promote menu items, specials, and events through various channels.
  • Lead staff training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with the local community to build relationships and loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
