Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Claims Adjuster to evaluate and investigate various insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and experience in conducting thorough investigations to ensure fair settlements and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of various insurance claims.
• Evaluate the extent of damages and determine appropriate coverage.
• Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Communicate with policyholders and stakeholders to facilitate claims process.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Travel as required for on-site investigations and assessments.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Ensure timely processing of claims within company standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in Insurance Claims Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims handling or adjustment.
