Job Description

As a Roundsman, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our assigned establishments. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, overseeing compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring customer satisfaction while addressing any issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management daily to review operational priorities.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document and report issues affecting operations.
• Ensure staff are aware of operational protocols.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment.
• Assist in training new staff on operational standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Security Operations or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor certification preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years in security or hospitality roles

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Security Operations certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Menu planning experience: Involvement in development and planning of menus for events or venues.
• Previous supervisory experience: Experience in leading a team and managing operational procedures.
