Seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager for our Perth store. You will lead a talented team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement innovative merchandising strategies. Your leadership will directly impact our customer’s shopping experience and store performance!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the store’s operational functions and staff performance.
  • Enhance the shopping experience through effective leadership and staff engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and manage loss prevention strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and effectively handle customer complaints as they arise.
  • Develop training programs for store associates to enhance customer interaction skills.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff to meet store goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Diploma or Higher Education in Retail Management
Experience
  • 4+ years leading a retail team
