Job Description

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels while minimising wastage and losses. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control processes, including stock counting.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures.
• Analyze inventory reports for trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Communicate with vendors for any discrepancies in shipments.

• Adhere to safety standards while handling inventory.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a retail environment.
