Job Description

As the Liquor Stores and Agencies Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor stores and agencies, ensuring compliance with legal standards and driving sales through effective management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations ensuring stores are clean, organized, and stocked.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams to achieve sales targets.
• Implement training programs aimed at enhancing staff skills.
• Manage budgets effectively while tracking expenses and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and events.
• Engage with customers to foster loyalty and enhance the shopping experience.
• Utilize inventory management software to optimize stock levels.
• Review market trends and customer feedback to adjust offerings accordingly.
• Cultivate a safe environment for both customers and employees in compliance with policies.

Requirements

Education

• Equivalent experience in liquor retail management
• Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in the liquor industry is highly desirable
