Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and process customer orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee inventory levels, liaising with suppliers for seamless product availability.
• Draft and preserve essential order documentation, comprising invoices and delivery receipts.
• Manage shipment logistics, closely tracking order statuses.
• Address and rectify order-related concerns swiftly.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to spot upselling opportunities.
• Produce regular reports tracking order volumes and sales.
• Remain informed about industry shifts and product offerings.
• Support various administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in order processing, preferably in retail or wholesale

Technical Skills

• Experienced with inventory management software
• CRM software experience

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Team-oriented with collaboration skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Multi-lingual abilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
