Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process by setting up and operating packaging machines. You will ensure that all products are packaged according to specifications and quality standards, contributing to the overall excellence of our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by setting up tools and equipment.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure products are filled accurately.
• Inspect packaged products for quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Implement continuous improvement practices for operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with packaging machinery

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
