Tower Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tower Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the smooth functioning of communication towers. The Tower Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining tower equipment, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in maintaining communication towers.
• Ensure all safety protocols are stringently followed.
• Monitor service delivery and quality control.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
• Manage audits, and emergency responses as needed.
• Assist in planning and executing tower upgrades.
• Promote a culture of safety and excellence in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or higher in Telecommunications or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tower operations and supervision

Technical Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in conducting tower inspections
• Strong knowledge of tower equipment

Soft Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in managing large-scale tower construction projects: Knowledge of overseeing complex tower setups and compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of radio frequency systems: Expertise in RF systems used in telecommunications.
