Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to deliver exceptional support to our clients in Gold Coast. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing IT support, and ensuring seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support users with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining server and database operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Respond to and manage support tickets in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support
