Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Regularly inspect properties to identify required repairs and maintenance work.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and oversee contractor work for renovations.
  • Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to improve building operations.
  • Implement strategies for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Lead tenant meetings to discuss concerns and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a budget for property management activities.
  • Prepare reports on property performance to upper management.
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
