Job Description

The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims with utmost accuracy and efficiency. You will use your excellent communication skills to liaise with claimants, assess the validity of claims, and ensure resolutions are met promptly. Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of insurance claims and policies.

• Work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

• Assist in training junior claims staff on best practices.

• Monitor outstanding claims for timely resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of insurance-related experience preferred
