• Assess claims to ascertain their validity and adherence to company guidelines.
• Handle inquiries from claimants and liaise with various departments.
• Draft detailed reports on claims assessments.
• Stay updated on changes to insurance regulations and policies.
• Work closely with legal teams to resolve disputes arising from claims.
• Training new team members on claims processing procedures.

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
• Certificate in Insurance Claims Management is preferred
• Claims Processing Software Experienced in using software to manage and process claims.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical Thinking Strong capability to analyse complex information.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented Exceptional attention to detail in evaluating claims.
• Certificate in Insurance Claims Management
• English (Fluent)
