We are seeking a dedicated Kosher Sealer to join our team in Melbourne. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our food products adhere strictly to kosher standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of food items to verify kosher adherence.
• Seal and label packages according to kosher regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace according to health guidelines.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality output.
• Document all kosher inspections and maintain compliance records.
• Report non-compliance issues to management immediately.
• Participate in ongoing training and education about kosher laws.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Ability to follow strict protocols
• Familiarity with sealing and labeling equipment

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Food Handler Certification
• Kosher Certification Training (Preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
