Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Investment Banking Associate to assist in executing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and communication skills to support our clients and effectively collaborate with our team for successful deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial models to assess potential investment projects.
• Assist with transaction execution including due diligence and documentation.
• Develop comprehensive presentations for potential investors and partners.
• Monitor market developments and provide updates to the investment team.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Engage with clients to gather information and report findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related fields
