Job Description

We are seeking an Actuary to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour. The successful applicant will be responsible for analysing financial risks using mathematical and statistical methods. You will work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive reports and forecasts to aid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial projects that address client needs.
• Support the strategic planning process through risk assessments.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on quantitative data.
• Develop and maintain actuarial models for various financial scenarios.
• Train junior actuaries and assist them in developing their skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Fellowship in a recognised actuarial society is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in actuarial analysis or related field
