We are seeking a skilled Insurance Underwriter to handle policy assessments and risk management. Responsibilities

• Assess applications for real estate, auto, and personal insurance policies.
• Utilize underwriting software to streamline application processing.
• Review and interpret complex data to evaluate client's risk profile.
• Work with agents and clients to resolve issues related to underwriting.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance within the underwriting process.
• Participate in training sessions to improve underwriting skills and keep up with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Certificate in Insurance Underwriting is an asset

Experience

• 4 plus years of experience in insurance underwriting or a similar role
