Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and variances.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs.
  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial audits and prepare audit reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting roles
