Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty services including facials, waxing, and skincare consultations.
• Develop personalized skincare plans based on client assessments.
• Keep abreast of new products and techniques in the aesthetic field.
• Handle client inquiries and schedule appointments with efficiency.
• Ensure all products used are up to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of skincare products and tools.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to grow the clientele base.
• Attend team meetings to discuss services and improvements.
• Promote client retention through excellent service.
• Provide feedback to the management on client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as an Aesthetician

• Skincare Analysis

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
